ING Luxembourg presents its vision of e-banking and notably the new version of its transaction website, "New My ING"
On Tuesday, 26 April, ING Luxembourg presented the press its vision of e-banking and notably "New My ING", the new version of its transaction website. Thanks to responsive web design, "My ING" will now be visible in the same way on all platforms, from computer to smartphone and tablet.
"Not only has browsing the website been notably improved for an even better client experience, the display is now standardised for all platforms. What's more, new features were added to the ING application", explains Giorgio Bruins, Manager Direct Transactional Channels.
"New My ING" users can now:
- access all features in the same way from any type of device
- use a secure login with a 4-digit code (the mobile PIN) or their fingerprints, if they possess an Apple device with the Touch ID feature
- activate and manage their "Account Alerts" informing them about incoming funds or payments
ING Luxembourg clients can discover "New My ING" and all its accompanying new features, starting today!
