Counsel joins KLEYR GRASSO
On 1st September 2015, Ulrike JACQUIN-BECKER joined the investment funds department of KLEYR GRASSO as
Counsel.
Ulrike was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1999 and has more than 15 years of solid experience in investment funds and asset management gained in leading law firms in Luxembourg.
Ulrike advises international clients, investment fund promoters and asset managers on all legal issues pertaining to Luxembourg investment funds including retail and institutional funds, and private equity structures (UCITS, UCIs, SIFs and SICARs) and asset management companies. Her practice comprises the setting up of regulated investment
funds including the drafting of the fund’s constitutional documentation and related agreements, the liaison with the regulatory authority, the advice on the distribution aspects and the compliance and regulatory issues. Ulrike has further been involved in advising alternative investment funds impacted by the implementation of the European AIFM directive in Luxembourg.
