Georges Schaaf joins SkyCom Telematics Systems
SkyCom Telematics Systems, a specialised company in the development of professional vehicle tracking systems, is strenghtening its management team and has therefore appointed Georges Schaaf as new Head of Marketing & Sales
With this nomination the innovative company with its headquarters in Niederdonven now disposes over a recognised specialist with excellent know how and longstanding expertise, especially in the field of marketing and sales.
Before joining SkyCom, Georges Schaaf (51 ) was the director of „Domaines Vinsmoselle Soc. Coop.”. During this mandate he initiated and implemented strategic plans to modernize and ensure the further development of this traditional company. During his successful career, Georges Schaaf also held positions as Marketing-Manager of the Hotel and Restaurant Division with „Villeroy & Boch” in Luxembourg and as head of Marketing with „Sources Rosport”.
SkyCom Telematics Systems was founded in 1994 by engineering graduate Claude Lenert (52). The tailor-made GPS vehicle tracking systems and the software system WinFleet®, which SkyCom developed itself, enables companies to better manage their fleet of vehicles. More than 12,000 lorries, vans, cars and machines are now fitted with SkyCom tracking systems.
