These stamps will gradually replace the current (permanently valid) 'A' and 'A-Europe' stamps. The 'L' and 'E' stamps will be valid on a permanent basis and can be used for a standard letter up to 50g for Luxembourg and for a standard letter up to 50g for Europe respectively.

The 'A' and 'A-Europe' stamps will remain valid and can still be used for postage.
