Delaware Consulting appoints Xavier Vanneste as new SharePoint expert and Team Leader
Delaware Consulting is proud to announce the appointment of Xavier Vanneste at the head of the SharePoint team in Luxembourg, with the aim to further develop and reinforce the existing expertise and to position the collaborative platform as a must-have.
The appointment of Xavier Vanneste is another concrete testimony of our willingness to reinforce our local presence and to propose a strong expertise in SharePoint
Denis Latour, Partner, Delaware Consulting in Luxembourg.
The company, a major supplier of IT services and solutions based on Microsoft, SAP and OpenText technologies, had already confirmed its commitment to the Luxembourgish market back in June with the consolidation of its local team and the move into new offices. “The appointment of Xavier Vanneste is another concrete testimony of our willingness to reinforce our local presence and to propose a strong expertise in SharePoint”, explain Denis Latour, Partner, and Olivier Spahn, Managing Director, of Delaware Consulting in Luxembourg.
Xavier Vanneste, aged 36, combines 13 years of technical expertise and has been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). This title is delivered to “exceptional, independent community leaders sharing their passion, technical expertise, and real-world knowledge of Microsoft products with others”. Luxembourg counts two MVPs, including Xavier.
Prior to joining Delaware Consulting, Xavier worked six years for ICT7 as Technical Director, with the goal to develop the company’s complete SharePoint strategy. “This experience was highly beneficial and perfectly fits today with my new role as SharePoint Team Leader. At Delaware Consulting, we already have some good resources and extended knowledge. My role will be to develop the strategy and vision even more and build a strong local team. We are expecting to hire more than 20 people in the coming years, just for the SharePoint solution. They will reinforce our existing team made of 10 highly qualified consultants”.
Delaware Consulting has transformed the SharePoint solution into a competitive working tool that offers an effective and fast access to the information, and ease of management. The installation of the collaborative platforms is straightforward and customised to the customers’ needs. “One of the strengths of Delaware Consulting’s SharePoint solution is that we also look into possible integrations with the tools and platforms that are already running at the customer’s site. SharePoint can communicate with everything. A concrete example is the installation of the Microsoft’s intranet based on the interaction SharePoint/SAP or even SharePoint/Microsoft CRM. Another solution we propose to allow the best integration possible is BRIDGr. It is important for us to always propose the most adequate set up and look into different existing options”, concludes Xavier.
